FAQ
    • What is a pre-order?
      A pre-order is the ability to order items that are not yet in stock but are available for advance purchase online. We will notify you via email when your pre-order item becomes available and will send it out as soon as possible. There will be no cancellations of pre-orders.
    • What is a back-order?
      A product that is temporarily out of stock will be available on back-order. To place a back-order, simply click the buy button, and proceed with checkout. After your product is back in stock, we will immediately ship it out. There will be no cancellations of back-orders.
    • How fast can the product be shipped?
      Please allow 1-2 days for us to confirm your payment and prepare your order for shipment.

      International shipping is via FedEx International Economy, which would typically take 2-4 days after payment and shipment confirmation.

      Domestic shipping (Singapore) is via SpeedPost Standard Service, which would typically take 1-2 days  after payment and shipment confirmation.

      You will receive an email confirming your order and another one when your order is shipped. A tracking number will be provided and you will be able to track the progress of your shipment.
    • How can I track my order?
      An email with the shipment tracking number will be sent when your order ships. Thereafter you would be able to track the status of your shipment on the respective courier websites.

      For domestic shipping (Singapore), please contact Speedpost directly for more information.
    • What are my shipping options?
      Domestic shipping (Singapore):
      We provide free SpeedPost Standard Service for domestic shipping, it will take 1-2 days for delivery after we have confirmed your transaction. International shipping: We currently provide FedEx International Economy which would take 3-5 days for all international orders.
    • Which countries do you ship to?
      We currently deliver to 44 countries:
      Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States of America.
    • Can I cancel my order?
      Orders placed cannot be cancelled.
    • How do I exchange a product?
      Gray provides a 7 Day product guarantee, if there are any defects with the product itself we will be able to exchange the product with a new replacement and will bear the full shipping charges if the fault lies with us. Please drop us an email to notify us and we will provide the relevant instructions for the exchange. After the 7 days, there will be no exchanges allowed. For orders that have customised engravings, there will be strictly no returns or exchanges. There will be no returns of any items bought on gray-international.com
    • Are product returns allowed?
      There will be no returns of any items bought on www.gray-international.com.
